with flossing.
#2 Brusher
A small amount of plaque. Only slight inflammation of the gums.

Dear Families,
This April the federal government released
the New Food Pyramid, which replaces the old Pyramid Food Chart. The
new guidelines emphasize being active, whole grains, greater consumption
of fresh fruits and vegetables and low fat dairy products.
Here are some of the recommendations:
Physical Activity: "Be physically
active for at least 30 minutes most days of the week."
Vegetables: "Eat more dark green veggies."
Fruits: "Choose fresh, frozen, canned or dried fruit."
Oils: "Make most of your fat sources from fish, nuts and vegetable
oils."
Grains: "Look for 'whole' before the grain name on the list of
ingredients."
Milk: "Go low-fat or fat-free."
Meat & Beans: "Vary your choices -- with more fish, beans, peas,
nuts and seeds."
