Brennan, D.D.S.
Dr. Brennan grew up
in Moss Beach, just south of San Francisco and attended San Francisco
State College. After graduation, Dr. Brennan went to the University of
California, San Francisco Dental School, graduated in 1975 and served her
pediatric dental residency at UCLA, finishing in 1977. Dr. Brennan
practiced pediatric dentistry in Thousand Oaks until 1983, when she opened
Oak Park Dentistry for Children in Oak Park. Dr. Brennan is a member of
the California Dental Association, California Society of Pediatric
Dentistry, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Santa
Barbara-Ventura Dental Society. She presently serves on the California
Society of Pediatric Dentistry Foundation. Dr. Brennan is on staff at
Los Robles Medical Center Hospital and is a Diplomate of the American
Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Brennan is the past president of
Conejo Valley Garden Club and serves as a docent at the Kids Adventure
Garden in the Conejo Valley Botanic Garden.

Karen Sue,
D.D.S.
Dr. Sue was raised
in the South Bay area and graduated from the University of Southern
California School Of Dentistry in 1986. Dr. Sue completed her pediatric
dental residency at USC Children's Hospital of Los Angeles in 1988.
Immediately following her residency, Dr. Sue served on staff at
Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles’ Dental Clinic as part of its dental
faculty and joined Oak Park Dentistry for Children.
Dr. Sue is an active
member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Society of
Dentistry for Children, and California Society of Pediatric Dentists. Dr.
Sue has served as a Board member and President of The American Society for
Dentistry for Children, Southern California Chapter. She has volunteered
and served as a Board member for the Los Angeles Epilepsy Society.

Yazdan Alami,
D.D.S.
Dr. Alami
lives in Westlake Village with his wife and two children, and he is very active
in the community. He
attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated with a
bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. Yazdan attended dental school
at Indiana University and subsequently completed a three-year pediatric
program at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Alami belongs to
the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Cayman Islands Medical Dental
Society, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, California Dental
Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Santa
Barbara/Ventura County Dental Society, the San Francisco Dental Society,
and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Most recently, Dr. Alami was recognized
as a Fellow by the College of Diplomates of the American Board of
Pediatric Dentistry and was appointed to the faculty of the University of
California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry Residency/Post-Doctorate
Program in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Alami
has received many merit awards including a research grant from the
National Institute of Health. He is committed to serving in the
community.

Jennifer Barry,
D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Barry grew up in Thousand Oaks and has
spent most of her life in the Conejo Valley.
She graduated from La Reina High
School and attended Santa Clara University, where she majored in
Biology. Dr. Barry received her
D.D.S. from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and also completed
her residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at Loma Linda.
Following her residency program,
Dr. Barry served as an
Assistant Professor in Pediatric Dentistry at Loma Linda while she was
completing her Master’s degree in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Barry is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the Santa Barbara-Ventura County Dental Society. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Barry also serves on the Board of Directors of La Reina High School in Thousand Oaks. When Dr. Barry is not practicing dentistry, she is very involved in the school and sports activities of her two sons, Jake and Josh.

Lorraine Neri,
D.D.S.
Dr
Neri was born in Seoul, South Korea. Her family moved to Buenos Aires,
Argentina where she was raised until the age of fifteen. She then lived
in Washington State before moving to California. Dr Neri received a
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California Davis and
then devoted a year to molecular biology research before attending USC
School of Dentistry. She graduated with honors from USC in 1998. Dr Neri
practiced as a general dentist for three years in the San Fernando
Valley and then pursued specialized training in pediatric dentistry at
the University of Southern California/Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
She completed her university and hospital based program in 2003 and was
awarded the Outstanding Resident of the Year Award.
Dr Neri is a member of the American Dental Association, the
California Dental Association, the California Society of Pediatric
Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr Neri and her husband, Newman, have two wonderful children. Outside
of dentistry, Dr Neri keeps busy volunteering at her children’s schools
and helping with various ministries at her church. She enjoys cooking
and is currently taking Italian cooking lessons as time allows.

Carla Abboud,
D.D.S.
Dr. Abboud moved to the U.S. from Paris in 1985 and grew up in Woodland Hills, California. She matriculated from The Buckley School to a six-year accelerated dental program at the University of Southern California. After completing two years of undergraduate studies at USC, Dr. Abboud obtained her bachelor's degree in Dental Science. She graduated from USC dental school in 2004 among the top ten students and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Honor Dental Society. Dr. Abboud then received training in pediatric dentistry at USC and Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Abboud enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves attending music concerts and discovering the world through travel. Most recent voyages include Guadeloupe in the French West Indies, Hong Kong and Thailand. Dr. Abboud also enjoys participating in charity walkathons including the Memory Walk for Alzheimer’s and Great Strides for Cystic Fibrosis.
Dr. Abboud is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and San Fernando Valley Dental Association. Dr. Abboud is fluent in both Arabic and French.

Faina Gelman,
D.D.S.
Dr. Gelman was born
in the Ukraine and moved to Los Angeles, CA when she was 10 years old. She
received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of
Michigan. She then moved to UCLA where she received her dental degree and
completed her pediatric dental residency. Dr. Gelman has provided her
services for the Give Kids a Smile foundation and the UCLA Venice Clinic.
She is a member of
the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental
Association and the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry.

Joey
Pedram, D.D.S.
Dr. Pedram grew up in nearby Calabasas. He earned his Bachelor of
Science degree in psychobiology from UCLA and his Doctor of Dental
Surgery degree from the USC’s School of Dentistry. He then relocated to
Boston where he completed Tuft’s School of Dental Medicine's specialty
training in Pediatric Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy
of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Society of Pediatric Dentistry,
and the California Dental Association.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Joey loves to play ball at the local YMCA
as a coach of youth basketball. He is a proud world traveler whose most
recent trips include Argentina, Brazil, Italy and Thailand. Recently,
while abroad in Vietnam, Dr. Pedram volunteered at a pediatric dentistry
clinic for indigent Vietnamese children. Dr. Joey is known for putting a
smile on his patients’ faces with his playful sense of humor!
